Greetings. I painted my last MiiCreative cat for my husband's daughter. She lost her Bengal a year ago and wanted something to remember her by. It was a little tricky getting the fur to look like a Bengal but I had a good range of colors and the paint seems to be a good quality. The background was much simpler which made it easier to paint. I wish the kit contained one wider brush but the three that are included serve the purpose.

Absolutely loved doing this PBN of my sweet boy, Lasagna. I am amazed at the result. Everyone that sees it, loves it as well. As mentioned in other reviews, it's addicting. I am working on another one right now, a picture of my Mom/Dad, I am kind of sad that there weren't more details. Cruised through your ad again and saw that examples and reviews of people painted weren't super clear, so now I'm not too upset. Addictive and calming... but the perfectionist in me had a really hard time with the faces. Choose photo to use carefully, Sunlight on original photo I used had washed out a lot of the color in clothing and painting rendered those spots white, so I had to do some of my own colorizing. But all in all fun project and I’m pretty proud of result!

This was so much fun to paint my dog I lost 7 months ago but did contact customer service and they were excellent. The paint was to dark in the face so my advice is have one that has no shadows and is a sharp good picture.
I would recommend this and my Granddaughters got one for Christmas and they really enjoyed painting there dogs as well.

The picture looks pretty good, but one of my dog's is missing there eye. She has dark fur around her eye and the eye is dark. You have the complete area as one colour. I will have to try to do my best with an eye.

Love the look and feel of the canvas and paints.
However, I would add that these are very detail oriented paintings. As well, I ordered the wood frame as an extra & think that without that I would not have been able to paint my image. This should be better explained/indicated in the instructions.

Kit is really good quality and the paints are also decent quality, have had no problems with it being lumpy or anything and the actual paint by number sections are really accurate and detailed. Slight issue was that the photo I submitted had a bit of a blue tint (dog was a bluey/grey but the paint by number has only picked up the blue), however MiiCreative have been brilliant and allowed me to have another one made with the right colours - Customer service was excellent and I'm very grateful for that! Will still complete this one, just will have a normal version and an Andy Warhol-esque version of the photo!

Absolutely love it! Only suggestions is to add a sample of the print of numbers on paper with the order. Once you’ve started painting, some numbers become invisible and it would be handy to check on a paper version what color goes where.
